Christian pamphlets, etc. part 7

You should be able to click on each picture, or open it in a new tab, to read it better, but please let me know if that doesn't work.

First, a list of colors associated with Jesus and the disciples, and the ways they died. Let these remind us how much the cost of discipleship is. We live in a wicked world that will resist our efforts, even if those efforts are genuinely based in Christ, or based in a simple desire to help and care for others. Not every Christian will face the death penalty for their faith and their actions, but almost every one of us, if not possibly every single one, WILL face resistance in this world, and that resistance will sometimes be unduly harsh.

Next, another booklet about Lent. The booklet arrived in the mail from a church I used to belong to, and the adhesive from the envelope stuck to the front of the booklet. Excuse that. It's supposed to say, "Preparation, Prayer & Daily Action for Teens and Young Adults".

There are a few typos that are noted:
page 5:
"[. . .] love your neighbor as yourself. I am the Lord."

page 7:
"[. . .] tell that person why you are glad to visit."

page 28:
"[. . .] better way to get what you want; how about offering"
