When I was in the unblack scene, I made wallpapers for bands. I love graphic design and artwork, so I decided with God's help, to make more wallpapers, just not based on music. They will all have Christian themes and messages, but in an abstract surreal art style that I don't see a lot of in the world (neither Christian OR secular). I hope these wallpapers can help fill the void in the hearts of those who need them. These are all done with my original art elements (photography, photomanipulation, etc) unless stated otherwise. Sometimes I'll use stock photos.
Today's wallpaper does not feature any stock photos. Although God helped me greatly with these, the law doesn't recognize God as a legal entity to my knowledge, so all art assets are (C) me, Nocturnal Iridescence.
All wallpapers are released under [CC BY-NC-ND 4.0],
so share them anywhere you like, including any free-to-use wallpaper
sites. I can't make them for every single possible size out there, but I
hope these are good enough.
It's an abstract, psychedelic night sky above a forest somewhere. The text is from Matthew 26:28, said by Christ when talking about wine at the Last Supper. It's where the sacrament of Communion comes from. The [Greek] text on the wallpaper says, "ΤΟΥ͂ΤΟ ΓΆΡ ἘΣΤΙΝ ΤῸ ΑἿΜΆ ΜΟΥ ΤΗ͂Σ ΔΙΑΘΉΚΗΣ" and translates [in English] to, "This is My blood of the covenant".
I had ideas in mind when I made this, but I'd rather leave it up to interpretation. I'll just say, nature was created by God, and nature proclaims His truth, if you truly listen and pay attention. All paths that claim to adore nature, but fail to recognize the triune God, do not adore nature.
